She says starting in the new year she intends to donate 40% of the Ad revenue from the channel to Free Republic as a donation every month.
I couldn't think of a better and more sustainable way to help the site and keep the lights on.
Think about it.
FR generates a lot of clicks so why not make sure the site benefits?
It's a no-brainer.
I notice currently there are 384 followers.
Hopefully we can improve on that!

What kind of videos will do well?
Anything Freepers are interested in: Current events, news, politics, the conservative movemement and I'm guessing more controversial/conspiracy content would go down well on there.

Yeah. It’s a clever idea. A source of self-funding

Got to set aside 27% for fed and state taxes
That leaves around another 1/3 to play around with
Which will likely be addition donations to FR and/or conservative media or causes
I will try to convert as many fair use or public domain vids as possible (I do have a life LOL) to watch
I will not convert obviously copyrighted or original videos
We see how this goes

Rumble pays out 60% of ad revenue (YouTube 55% I think )
They are about to monetize the app in the coming days so you will start seeing ads on the app

So it won’t be alot unless this takes off
How can you help:
Share the videos on social media and visit the sponsors. Order a few things if interested
On the first of each month I will post a thread about the previous months activity and the FR donation amount

This what appeals to me. I intend to share the videos on social media or on sites like The Donald.
In order for it take off we need to make sure interesting videos are posted regularly.
I guess this will take some time commitment etc.
But it’s a solid idea.
Rumble is growing fast as a viable YouTube alternative.

Not sure how videos work there, but If embedded on a site outside of rumble servers no ad revenue appears most of the time.
I see views and plays in my stats but no revenue

Do you , or anyone else for that matter , see ads on Rumble when you are singed in on the web version?
I upgraded my account to pro for $10 a month just to show support which is ad free
But before I did that no ads would play when I was signed it on desktop or mobile web
If using the app you will soon seen ad (obviously signed in the app)
