Except he didn’t mean it at all. He was one of the most instrumental entities in the world to help force this New World Order and Global Communism on us.
He was about to meet his Creator, so I think he meant it.
You can’t go to Heaven unless you repent and I think he’s repenting bigly.

Any ordinary man would know instantly that importing millions of people with foreign cultures, etc. was a bad idea.
But the enlightened among us, including Kissinger, thought it was a GREAT idea.
