This year’s Black Friday saw a record number of National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background checks compared to previous years.
As Breitbart reports, the total number of NICS checks on Friday appeared to be roughly around 214,913, surpassing the previous year’s total of 192,749, according to the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF). In 2021, the Black Friday total was 187,585, while the 2020 total was 186,645. Such background checks are conducted by the FBI.
The NSSF further stated that there was a total of “680,671 (NICS) background checks related to firearms” in the overall week of Black Friday.
As the background checks are about the individual rather than the firearm potentially being purchased, the total number of background checks does not necessarily translate to actual purchases. However, it could also mean that a single background check could translate to two firearms purchased, thus meaning that the potential number of guns actually sold could be as high as twice the number of background checks, which would amount to 429,826.
Numerous reports have indicated a spike in the number of guns being purchased all across the country since Joe Biden came to power, which are generally understood as being driven by Biden and the Democratic Party’s commitment to greater gun control efforts.
And many states do not require a background check if the buyer has a CCW license or for person-to-person sales.

Don’t care if Yamamoto said it or not but “behind every blade of grass” needs to be a slogan or chant, like the palis do with “from the river to the sea”.
Joe Biden once again is the National Firearms Salesperson Of The Year.
Guns are useless without ammo and I am still not seeing as much ammo on the shelves as I did in the distant past. And that ammo I am seeing is rather high priced.
Obama tried to choke off the ammo from the US. Thankfully I have old ammo some 50 years old. Hope it will still pop. Wish I had the 200 round I shot off back 4 years ago.
Biden aint done yet.
On Fox News, Sonya LaBosco, Biden’s Director of the Air Marshals National Council said Air Marshals are quietly following Americans who flew into the DC area around Jan 6, 2021.
Vengeful Biden’s TSA has now ordered Air Marshals (who are DOT employes w/ no L/E duties):
<><>to follow J6 people who have not had any type of criminal investigation –
<><>they haven’t committed a crime,
<><>there is no evidence their J6 attendance was illegal,
<><>now three years later Biden insists they are to be followed 24/7.
The Fox News host weighed in, “You’re saying Air Marshals aren’t…tracking terrorists at all?”
HAMAS is laughing so hard they’re rolling on the floor while planning their next moves in the US...

Graham led a delegation of US Senators....5 Repubs and 5 Dems.... to Israel. Maryland Democrat Ben Cardin, Rhode Island Democratic Jack Reed, Alaska Republican Dan Sullivan, Richard Blumenthal, Democrat of Connecticut, Susan Collins (Maine Republican), Cory Booker (New Jersey Democrat), Katie Britt (Alabama Republican), Chris Coons, Delaware Senator, John Thune, SDakota Senator.
Israeli Leader Yair Lapid (center) asked for more US arms/military aid.
You can get it reasonably priced for many calibres on the net now. What’s really hard to get is primers
Same number of syllables for both slogans… let’s use it!
Idaho doesn't run NICS for people with a CWP (basic or enhanced).
I did little Black Friday or Cyber Monday shopping this year. My 15 year old Jack Russell/Rat Terrier was in the process of dying starting on Friday and ending at 6:25 AM on Monday. Spending money just wasn't a priority this year.
Absolutely. I routinely purchased a sleeve of 1000 primers in the 1999 time frame. I loaded enough to warrant buying 8 lb cans of powder. I had a working bottle of 1 lb on the bench. It was common to load 1200 rds of 38SPL each week in 1999. I've loaded less than 1000 rds of any caliber since 2000. My reloading bench is in the garage. Currently, the garage serves as a 2nd refrigerator for the Winter season. It's a little more comfortable in the Summer, but that's a moot point with the cost/availability of supplies.

And Kansas is one of them.
Walk in, show CCW, buy it, walk out with it.
Still have to do the 4473 - no getting out of that. Yet.
