Throw away the broad brimmed hats, long sleeved shirts the parasols and the sunscreen and get in the sun for 10 minutes a day.
So its either vit d will kill you, or hey you’re deficient
Thats all we get from the estrogen press
two eggs give you about 80% of the required. I drink milk, eat beef, drink whole milk, eat a balanced diet including a salad every day. Cereal and milk has lotsa vitamins.
Yup...a walk around the block is perfect.
I get my blood checked every 30 years.

Same same menu. Only drink whole milk and water, and take D3 and several other vitamins. I think I will live until Dec 3rd so I will be 90.
Congratulations, in advance!

I take a capsule each day, plus get some sunshine.
Happy birthday Jim!

“Throw away the broad brimmed hats, long sleeved shirts the parasols and the sunscreen and get in the sun for 10 minutes a day.”
