And that surprises you? The flu shots are always hit or miss. The authorities guess which three strains they believe will be dominant during the next flu season. Sometimes they are correct and sometimes they are wrong. In a year when they guessed wrong the flu shots are nearly worthless and occasionally less than worthless.
