Abstract
The Coloured Progressive Matrices (CPM) was standardized in Palestine in 2011 on a sample of 257 children aged 6.0 to 11.5 years, tested individually. The sample obtained a British IQ of 85.
Introduction
We believe that no studies have been published of intelligence in Palestine. There are, however, two studies that may give a reasonable approximate estimate of the Palestine IQ. The first is a study of the intelligence of Arab school children in Israel, who could be expected to have approximately the same IQ as Arab children in Palestine, carried out by Lieblich and Kugelmas (1981). This reported the IQ of a sample of 639 6–16 year olds tested with the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Revised for whom an IQ of 86 (in relation to a British IQ of 100) was calculated by Lynn and Vanhanen (2012). The second is the PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) study of 15 year olds tested in a number of countries in 2009 in mathematics, science and reading. The results are highly correlated with IQs and have therefore been adopted as a proxy for IQs by Meisenberg and Lynn (2011), who estimate an IQ of 83.3 for Palestine from the data. In this paper we present the first data for intelligence in Palestine measured with an intelligence test.

An Average IQ of 86 is barely in the low normal range. Suggested appropriate job example would be a cashier. Only about 17 of 100 people in say the UK would be less intelligent than the average Palestinian. Of course being an average IQ of 86 means a stunning 1/2 of Palestinians would be classified as intellectually disabled to some degree.
I’d like to know the average IQ of University Professors and Administrators who have been SUPPORT HAMAS for decades, and still supports them, even after this massacre.
And likewise, I’d be interested in comparing the Average IQ of White Trump voters, versus White Biden voters.

Jordan Peterson has noted for years that the US Army won't take recruits with IQs below 83. Because those people can't be trained to do any sort of meaningful work. So, the Palestinians, are a hopeless society. They can cause trouble, but do nothing else.

I think the issue is clear. IQ may be a contributing factor here that needs to be discussed.
To label a factual and scientifically based discussion as dehumanizing is not productive IMO.

This is the first I’ve heard that the Stanford-Binet test is somehow no longer the standard. I looked around and have not seen evidence that this new test yields the same results.
One usually doesn’t see such evidence, because if it yields the same results then why change to it?
1 standard deviation of IQ is 15. So 30-some % of the population will be below 85 on the scale.
As for Palestinians, for decades it has been known that pediatric diarrhea lowers the scores of children in Africa and the poor regions of South America. This is known because children from those regions adopted into higher affluence places score normally — and it’s generally proven that 40-80% of IQ is inherited. So one would expect to see IQ results from poor areas to correct to the norm when clean water is available.
Note that bad drinking water’s impact on IQ does not get inherited if the next generation has clean water.
In any event, the highest average IQ among ethnicities (no, they are all not 100) is Hassidic Jews from that area. So it is very unlikely genetically that Palestine is 83, unless the children have bad food or water. There have been centuries for the genetics to intermix there. It is likely all infections.
