I just discovered another report regarding scientific study of vaccines and our immune system. This in Time, last year. This study of Pfizer vaccine only compared Covid or vaccine effects on the T cell portion of the Immune System. This 4 month study enrolled 72 people. They looked at CD 4(helper) and CD 8(killer) T cells at various times before and after vaccination(s) and illness with Covid-19. Normally T 4 and 8 increase after infection, but Covid seems to make T4 increase, while T8s decrease over time. The scientists suggest this may be part of the Long Covid problem. They urge larger and more complex studies involving various vaccines.

This next link is what I found while looking for the first article I read on “Class Switch” of IgGs from IgG1 to more IgG4s. Since it appears that more IgG4s appear in the blood after repeated shots for allergies like pollen or bee sting this may not be a good thing where getting sick from Covid is concerned. If you are stung by a bee, higher IgG4s will lower your response to the sting resulting in lower anaphylactic shock reactions. This is a good thing. On the other hand if you catch Covid-19, apparently higher IgG4s may react less to fight the virus. This could be a bad thing.

For some reason I found this article even harder to read than the first Class Switch study I read, perhaps because it goes into even more detail with technical terms. Many abbreviations are used. These appear in parentheses after their first use. I find it helpful to write down each abbreviation and the words it means, thus having a list to refer back to. In this report I found more terms that I would have to search elsewhere to better understand what they are describing or mean. Perhaps someone can give the link(s) to the first or other IgG4 related studies.

Bottom line, the researchers agree a lot more longer studies with more participants are needed. All aspects of the immune system need to be looked at for a number of both old, common, and new vaccines. Fauci’s moves to put almost all of his $6 billion annual research funds into new drugs needs to change. A lot more of this kind of basic research needs to be funded. Moreover, this Covid pandemic has enabled some researchers to discover the value of Vitamins D3 and C, zinc, Ivermectin, and HCQ. Therefore, these and other known items with potential value need a lot more thorough study with larger numbers of participants. These studies are unlikely to make drug companies rich. But,it is our TAX MONEY that Fauci and others have been using. Tell your Congresscritters to target money toward helping all of us, not mostly toward making drug producers richer.

At the very least let us consider something like the Camp LeJeune (sp?) contaminated water legal case. Our government has agreed to compensate many people for any harm caused there. The US military supervised the water system. The US government supervised and made rules regarding the vaccination system.

Another note: Pfizer and Moderna both gave their first vaccines unidentifiable names—Comirnaty (Pfizer), and Spikevax (Moderna). Better to hide from readers with.

I was Googling here and there and found this very detailed account of low cost, successful, outpatient treatment of people with Covid. Since I had just bought some apple flavored Ivermectin in a farm supply store, I wanted more details about using it for my own treatment. Bottom Line: It is far better to use it in combination, as solo use can promote development of resistant organisms. This article lists the doses given to these 50 years plus, very sick out-patients. None ever hospitalized. See TREATMENT near end.

Regarding strategies in the development of combination therapies, intracellular coronavirus replication REQUIRES SEVERAL ACTIVE DRUGS to inhibit viral replication. IVM, doxycycline and zinc all individually inhibit coronavirus replication and, although there are other candidates, we have proposed the above combination based on efficacy, component safety profiles, inexpensive nature, and lack of drug-drug interaction. The combination of IVM and Doxycycline also appears to overcome the need for high doses of IVM. Further, given that zinc plays a key role in antiviral activity [34536] it would combine well with the ionophores (IVM and doxycycline) to increase its intracellular concentration and expedite viral clearance [37]. The combination of zinc with IVM and doxycycline has no reported interactions. Additionally, Each of these drugs has a low adverse side effects profile and no QT prolongation (heart issue) as reported with azithromycin.

Overall, based on the current literature, a 10-day combination therapy of IVM, doxycycline and zinc will not only improve symptoms [6,7] but also accelerate recovery from COVID-19. We have chosen a safe IVM dosage approved for parasites of 36mg over 10 days, and this dose has been shown to be both effective and safe in COVID-19 treatments [38]. The staggered IVM dosage over 10 days is proposed based on the half-life clearance of the drug in plasma (up to 66 hrs.)[39]. The proposed duration would allow constant availability of adequate plasma level IVM to facilitate zinc entry into the cells. Hence, the above rationale explains why some publications have already shown that IVM alone is not adequate to cure COVID-19 [6,18,19] while a multidrug regimen is likely to be more efficacious [40].

A weakness of this study is the lack of a concomitantly enrolled control arm. However, given the potential FATAL OUTCOMES, Tess Lawrie et al. indicated [41] ‘it is no longer ethical to approve the use of a control arm as so many profoundly ill patients in the control arm would die’, as did our two subjects who declined treatment [42]. Institutional Review Boards should now include the provision to include available synthetic arms and REJECT TRIALS that include in a COVID-19 trial a control arm as published by Lawrie[41].

This study builds on an extensive literature, to provide a practical inexpensive, safe, readily available and highly effective TRIPLE THERAPY aiming to prevent resistance and one that can confidently be used as a routine treatment for outpatient COVID-19. [It also included useful amounts of Vitamins C and D3.]

TREATMENT (Cure was considered an SpO2 (blood oxygen above 95%)
Treatment began as soon as practical, within 72 hrs. of patients presenting to Ventura Clinical Trials. Treatment was defined as ‘IVM Combination Therapy’ (ICT) and consisted of TEN DAYS of oral: Doxycycline (100mg twice a day), IVM (12mg on day 1, day 4, and day 8), Zinc (25mg twice a day), Vitamin D3 (1500 IU twice a day) and Vitamin C (1500mg twice a day). ICT was given daily for ten days only. (It was found good IVM blood levels lasted 60+ hours.)

Two patients (#10 and #23) received an initial treatment on day one of 36 mg IVM (rather than 12mg) due to particularly low SpO2 or expected clinical need.

What a relief. Now I know how to take my Ivermectin. The farm store lady insisted it was only to be used for horses, so I will have to figure how much of the paste equals the recommended mgs. per dose.
