Yes, agree 100%. Personally I have made an automatic monthly contribution for years. Very simple.

$5 a week, $25 a month? C’mon, even when I was just eeking out a living, trying to turn a nickel into a dime, I found a way to make a monthly contribution. and it never hurt that much.

I’ve been donating monthly, automatically using PayPal, for years now, and it’s painless and I don’t worry about forgetting. Added benefit is that JimRob and the rest can just count on it, and budget based on the automatic monthly.

How about it, guys? FR fundraising is going on WAY too long. We just ended one FReepathon and starting another the next day.
How about getting on the monthly donor board, hmm? FR gives your respective blogs hits. It would be nice for you to set a good example and get on the donor boards.

I just increased my monthly donation from $31 to $35 yesterday. I saw how the last quarter drive went and figured I could do more to help even though I’m on a fixed income.
