If you expect your network to be taken seriously as a news operation instead of a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party, it is high time your network starts covering Joe Biden’s scandals,” Media Research Center (MRC) President Brent Bozell told the heads of NBC, ABC and CBS news in a letter Thursday.
In his letter, Bozell informs each of the three presidents that MRC research has documented that their network has not devoted even a single second of coverage to nine different serious scandals involving Pres. Joe Biden and his son, Hunter. Bozell notes that the networks would have declared every single one of the scandals to be “breaking news” – if they had involved Republicans.
“What your network really needs to do is stop interfering in the 2024 elections by deliberately refusing to cover President Biden’s scandals,” Bozell wrote, reminding the network heads of how their refusal in 2020 to cover the Hunter Biden laptop story, and evidence linking Joe Biden to corrupt financial dealings with China through his son Hunter, kept vital information from American voters prior to the presidential election:
“A poll from the Media Research Center following the 2020 presidential election showed that 45 percent of Biden voters in seven swing states were not aware of the Hunter Biden laptop story and evidence linking Joe Biden to corrupt financial dealings with China through his son Hunter, due in part to the refusal of your network to cover substantial evidence before the election.
“The impact: 9.4 percent of these voters said that had they been aware of the Hunter Biden laptop story, they would not have voted for Joe Biden. This would have changed the results of the election. Trump would have won - by a landslide.”
Good for Boszell. Now if many organizations of all types would duplicate his letter maybe the news organizations would change their tune.

Their reaction: “well, it’s a good thing we didn’t cover it then”.
The timing of Boszell’s comments however, is pure inside democrat politics. Why? Both the NY Times and the Washington Post have called for someone besides Biden to represent the democrat party in 2024 presidential race. Boszell is just piling on. He has said something that has become safe to say as a democrat.
The point of Boszell’s statement is that Joe Biden cannot play the same trick in 2024 as he did in 2020. The electorate will not stand for it.
Biden however, believes he controls the election with federal dollars.
So we’ll see.
Seems to me I recall something from the Watergate scandal like the common wisdom of the day boiling down to , “ It wasn’t the third-rate burglary that did him in, it was the cover-up.”
The grandest villains in this sick little bedtime storybook include the Ultraradical, Marxist, “By any means necessary” media whores.
And we must start labeling them exactly that way every time we talk about them. Their schtick is to come off sounding like the normal, reasonable adults in the room. They’re not.

In 2016 and because of Trump’s candidacy, NYT’s top editor, Dean Baquet, announced the NYT’s was abandoning the standards of fairness and nonpartisanship. Their “news” stories would now include the reporter’s opinion, thus the birth of the “fake”, lying news.
