It is Bermuda that has a bullseye on it—but nobody cares about Bermuda apparently.

In fact most predictions are that it will lose a lot of strength in northern waters.
This article is 99% hysteria, 1% facts.

He was a “Do you know who I am?” kind of guy even then. Regardless, he has achieved fame and fortune by pimping extreme weather.

Yep, both are working against a super-storm, especially if it goes north of South Carolina. But lots of rain still possible!

Boston used to have a newswoman who was best known for standing on the Mystic River bridge during extreme weather. Was it Shelby Scott?? I can’t remember for sure, but I always looked forward to watching her be miserable during a blizzard.

Of course the media would never hype a storm.

A tropical storm is a possibility and those can cause flooding and power outages—but nothing compared to the hype of this article.

During one storm here Cantore got caught weather pimping by acting like he was being rocked back and forth by 'dangerously high' winds as someone casually walked by on the beach behind him looking for sea shells.
He did almost get taken out on live TV by a sign flying thru the air during one storm so I'll give a point for that one.

While I appreciate your abundance of caution, the doom and gloomers WILL NEVER SHUT UP even if the storm peters out or misses all together.
So in that case, FLUSH THOSE HOMES INTO THE OCEAN!!!! If I have to listen to them damn it, at least they will FINALLY have some skin in the game!! I hope a particular 67 corvette gets flushed too.
Plus, after the FLUSH, I bet the land will be cheaper and already cleared for “new” building.

The European model doesn’t show a NY hit so right now I’m not worried.
