Because the mistake which cannot be undone and 'corrected' was due to a violation of election law, a court can declare the 2020 election UNLAWFUL, with recommendation to the state legislature they send Congress a notice of DE-Certification of the 2020 electors from AZ. The US Senate should eject the 2 (D) Senators, then decide how long AZ should 'sit out' having representation in Congress. If they pass future election audits.

There are all kinds of people wanting us to play elections with them again. They yell and scream about all kinds of technical stuff that supposedly proves Democrats won legitimately last time, and time before that, and time before that.

The judicial decision at the link is interesting and seems to be a “win” for those who argue that many votes were counted in prior elections without statutory matching of the voter signatures on the ballot envelope with those in the “Registration Record”.
If Jovann Pulitzer had access to Maricopa 2020 ballot envelopes and the signature match process, sufficient for him to PROVE that precisely 420,987 signature matches were fraudulent or did not meet AZ’s legal standard of review, the next round of lawsuits could be productive, using the Yavapai Superior Ct ruling. Elections for multiple candidates across multiple years should be overturned.

Which of course means that the good voters of Nevada were also cheated because the candidate most of them supported does not represent them. As such those voters have standing and should already have a case in the courts.
It cannot. Sure sign of fraud. Same thing with ballots on paper that is not the official ballot paper - there supposedly was a large number of those too.

Pulitzer is something of an opportunistic provocateur. The judge in this case simply wants to hear more. Which I’m fine with. And I agree with you. He needs to come forth, or someone in the case does, with the 420,987 signatures and if and how they voted.
