Derived from the Greek for “no place” (ou topos) and coined by More, the word utopia refers to an imaginary and perfect world, an ideally organized state. More’s book was the first such exploration of a utopian world, and it began a new genre of literature, sometimes called utopian fiction, that is still as fresh today as it was in the 16th century.

Well it's Saturday and the news is out of California tech billionaires are trying to build their own Utopia, let's have some fun, and say that, what kind of Utopia would like.
I'll start it off, it will have a church called "the Cathedral of Transgender".
Mods pull at your discretion.

I've been to Utopia. A very pretty little place in the Texas Hill Country.

This description of life in Utopia sounds more like life in Dystopia.

Well, could also be eu topos, meaning good or beautiful place. Topos can also mean something like "premise" as in Aristotle's Topics. So eu topos might mean "beautiful" or "optimistic" premise. With the alpha privative atopos it means "strange" or "out of place." Hence Socrates being called "most strange" in Plato's Phaedrus because he is outside the city walls may also pun on "being out of arguments."

I thought Utopia was first described by Plato. I am pretty sure it ended up being “not so great.” Just like California.

Some analytical speculation has it that Utopia may have been modeled on the organization of the Inca state.

I believe it was Samuel Butler who wrote “Erewhon” (or “Nowhere” spelled backwards) a satire on Victorian society.

Detroit’s Masonic Auditorium on the main floor, row 7 or 8 for me and about ten of my “buddies”. Wow, what a show!

As Mike Myers said in the movie “The Love Guru” (which could be one of the worst movies ever made) “You need to go from Nowhere to Now Here”.

City in my head, Utopia
Heaven in my body, Utopia
It’s time for me, for me to go

Well, there’s, “Utopos” (Yoo-Toh-Pohs), “The good place” and, “Utopos” (Oo-Toh-Pohs), “The place that cannot be.”
Be wary with that word.
