The Pathologist wasn’t named Quincy.
It was only their job to determine “the Cause of Death”.
Drowning, not sure how they prove accidental. I guess that means they could find any other injuries, bruises, contusions. They may have left out his blood alcohol content or IF he had recently engaged in sexual relations.
Now, IF like in the movie Chinatown where he had salt water in his lungs, but was found dead in a Fresh water spillway, well then we would have to bring in Jack Guiddess.
Then Jack could say to Fay Dunaway: “I G#d Damn near lost my nose Mrs Mullray. I like my nose. I like breathing through it”

And Chris Walken still ain’t Talken.

Even if there is found a bullet in the top of his head, cause of death will remain “accidental”.

Pop quiz:
Cite the difference between ‘accidental’ drowning & ‘intentional’ drowning, forensically.

This article really says nothing new or more enlightening at all. The whole world
already knew the guy drowned.
The lack of ANY further detail at all is extremely suspicious.

RE:And what of the injuries to Barry’s eye and hand.
Barack was loading some boxes of food into the back of a truck to deliver to poor people for a charity and some cartons slipped and hit him.
People wanted him to get checked out but he said “No, I’m fine. Those people need this food. I’ll rest later.”

This is the kind of story that pops up attempting to placate the public while the people involved are trying to get their stories straight.
I've also considered that the long delay in information coming out might be because some sort of negotiations are going on.

Drowned in what someone said was four feet of water?
How does a paddle-boarder have a struggle on a calm day?
If someone saw he was having a problem, why didn’t they help?
