Of course it was not funny at the time it actually happened. I believe anyone on this site would have been scared for her and would have done their best to help the poor lady as she was being attacked.
However, in hindsight and with the re-telling of the events (tractor, snake, hawk, husband) it has all the necessary details of a Monty Python skit or a Jerry Clower** tale. I would bet the couple laughs when they tell the story.

I would agree that in hindsight and since she’s doing fine they have a family story that’s an absolute hoot!
