Former President Bill Clinton was spotted grabbing a bite to eat at Papa Al's Pizza in Newtown on Sunday.
According to Dritan Hodza, a chef at Papa Al's, the former president came into the restaurant with a security detail and ordered a couple of slices of pizza and garlic knots. Hodza said that Clinton was kind and had a "smiley face" during his visit.

Never too old to enjoy some Cheese Pizza. I hope he didn’t leave a handkerchief behind.
i wouldn’t take that bet.
But someone he has to pay now- he’s the cryptkeeper.
“Ten bucks say Bill went to CT to get away from his wife and to go meet some broad.”
More likely, doing the We’re Regular People, stories angle to possibly prepare the way for, yet another, “the public is demanding I run” Hillary campaigns.
Not even the part to get away from the vodka soaked devil? LOL
Does a garlic knot have anything to do with a blue dress?
Just asking.
That’s quite a ways from Chappaqua NY. Maybe Bill has a cigar bar he knows there.
Never is the word “controversial” or “divisive” used in any Clinton news stories in the MSM. This despite the sexual harassment in the White House and multiple trips to Epstein Island. Perhaps this is due to him and GWB being buddy, buddy.
did he pay and did he tip?
no i meant i agree and if i took the bet i’d lose.
Those 2 are quite a match.
Trump does cuban. Clinton does Italian. Whose next?
Must be a slow news day
Its up the Sawmill parkway like 30 minutes?
“Its up the Sawmill parkway like 30 minutes?”
You mean is Chappaqua up the Sawmill Pkwy about 30 minutes from Manhattan? Is that your question?
Newtown CT is east off of I-84, about 40-50 miles from Chappaqua. I-84 is easy to get to from Chappaqua - just up the Sawmill to I-684 north, to I-84 east.
My point was I did not think Chappaqua and Newtown were that far apart. Like a 30 minute drive on the highway.
I recall driving past both when returning from Terrytown, NY to NH.
There may be 23 Newtons but we’re talking about Newtowns. There 20 of those.
Yes; the article is actually about Newtowns, and the typo is in the original headline.
“Must be a slow news day”
Exactly. No idea why this is considered “news.”
Any kids disappear?
