I'm doing that with everything Brandon spews. So, even-steven.

“Law professors urge Biden to defy ‘mistaken’ rulings by ‘MAGA’ Supreme Court justices”
Each of them needs to be FIRED, and if they have a law license, have that REVOKED.

And if the tabulation of the election results don’t go your way, ignore that too and add additional ballots until the result seems correct to you.

Where’s Traitor Roberts reminding America that:
“We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges,” Roberts said in a statement. “What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them.”
“That independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.”

Popular constitutionalism? That is rule by the loudest voice; which is specifically what the US Constitution was created to restrict.
Leftists are below pond scum.

Now we can more readily understand the division of the branches and why the Supreme Court has no check. You can't legislate away a decision nor can the President veto a decision.
Apparently, Biden thinks he can.

They’re advocating the illegal takeover of the constitution. This is getting spooky because Biden will do it.

These so-called “law professors” sound like a bunch of JaySix Insurrectionist fags. Advising a demented, cranky old pedophile to ignore the SCOTUS should be enough to throw their insurrectionist asses in prison.

George Wallace, Ross Barnett, and other Southern governors attempted to defy Supreme Court rulings. Presidents Kennedy and Eisenhower met their defiance with regular US Army soldiers and nationalizing the State National Guards. However, if President Biden decided to defy the Supreme Court as Andrew Jackson did regarding the Indian Trail of Tears, he can do so with the only restraint being impeachment. He will not be removed from office with the current composition of the United States Senate.

Just incredibly wrong in every way. "Popular Constitutionalism?" WTF is that? The Constitution handbook on my desk mentions no such thing. If any of these so-called scholars from Harvard ever read that document or all the correspondence between the FFs, or their published statements, or their diaries, or their debates, they would find they have been wrong all along.
"Restoring Democracy". WTF again? They now have some who will fight for our Constitutional Republic and not democracy MOB rule which killed Greece and Rome where self-rule began.
Harvard Law School has become an indoctrination center for Socialists and Communists It was once highly regarded as an education institution. No more...what a shame.

Just because you dont agree with it is not a valid reason to violate law.
Just because you are offended by something doesnt make you right.

George Washington University law professor and legal expert Jonathan Turley penned an op-ed for The Hill on Saturday that warned about this interpretation of the Constitution.
"What is most striking about these professors is how they continue to claim they are defenders of democracy, yet seek to use unilateral executive authority to defy the courts and, in cases like the tuition forgiveness and affirmative action, the majority of the public. They remain the privileged elite of academia, declaring their values as transcending both constitutional and democratic processes," Turley wrote.Turley is a good guy, a really good guy. A libertarian / liberal and still very constitutionally sound.
