Wheeler devoted his life to what we used to know of as "The United States of America."

i remember the Wheeler story. Very sad. I’m starting to consider that the guy was targeted.
Why not throw in a subplot about Anne Marie Fahey and Tom Capano, while you’re at it?
His death was very suspicious. Wasn’t he found in dumpster (not a landfill)?
Details are hazy after 10 yrs, but as I recall, his body was put in a dumpster, but was not discovered until the truck disgorged it at the landfill.
