If someone does do "Wilmington", don't forget the part about John P. Wheeler:
“generations-long military-officer heritage; West Point ’66 grad; service in Vietnam; then Harvard Business School and Yale Law School; and a rest-of-his-life effort to address what he called the “40-year open wound” of Vietnam-era soldiers being spurned by the society that sent them to war…He was chairman of the committee that got the Vietnam Veterans Memorial built.”
Who apparently drugged him, killed him in Wilmington and dumped his body in a Delaware landfill? What was he investigating on behalf of his employer, a large goverment contractor, just prior to his death? Why did the Delaware Attorney General at the time, Beau Biden, shut down the investigation into his murder so quickly?

Wheeler devoted his life to what we used to know of as "The United States of America."

i remember the Wheeler story. Very sad. I’m starting to consider that the guy was targeted.

Why not throw in a subplot about Anne Marie Fahey and Tom Capano, while you’re at it?

His death was very suspicious. Wasn’t he found in dumpster (not a landfill)?
