Black Mirror has finally returned to Netflix after a hard-to-believe four year hiatus sparked in part by COVID delays, but still, that’s an extremely long time. Now it’s returned with five new episodes and I’m going to do something I haven’t done in well, four years. Rank them.
There is no good way to do this without some level of spoilers, so I would save reading this until you’ve watched them. However, if you want to skip the bad ones and watch the good ones, this may be helpful if you at least just glance over the ranking order.

"Joan is Awful" IMHO is one of the best dark comedies I have seen in a long time.
"Loch Henry" has a great twist at the end I did not see coming.
Is it better to watch them in the original order or from worst to best, or from best to worst?
just watched those two and enjoyed them.
the effects and budget has grown significantly.
top two watched... they can only go down hill from here.
I only watched the first three in order.
However, none of the episodes of the series Black Mirror are related. They are all individual stories. So, there is no reason to watch them in any order.
Of the three I watched last night my favorite was Joan is Awful. The other two endings were a little depressing.
