There’s no solid basis in ANYTHING Ed does. Period. Here’s the pecking order. Those that do ( normal people). Those that can’t do (teachers). Those that can’t teach (Scumbag lazy ass piece of chit enemies to America government employees).

As I recall, the Department of Education was one of the three that Rick Perry wanted to eliminate as part of his 2012 campaign. Too bad he was ridiculed for having a brain freeze during a debate.

Also sad that Trump didn’t pick up on Perry’s ideas when he was in office.

Lack of a solid basis has NEVER been a limitation on just about anything the Joe Stolen/”Que mala” Harris regime has wanted to institute. Apparently, an Executive Order is the controlling legal authority, even the US Congress or the US Supreme Court are largely bypassed in their desperate lunge toward the command-and-control governing power they wish to establish.

But the current regime now occupying the White Hut shall never reap any of the benefits they are sowing for themselves.
