The only way America “failed them” was handing out free covid $ to do absolutely nothing and teaching them that survival was not supposed to require struggle.
Every generation prior seemed to understand that there was no such thing as a free lunch. Millennials call this “boomer mentality.”
Amen.
Boomer mentality?
What exactly do they call Boomer mentality?
Because I think “lazy hedonistic America-hating bums” with such a term.
Actually, there is, for some people.
What that quote means is that if somebody gets a free lunch, somebody else pays for it. It doesn't mean that nobody gets a free lunch.
In an increasingly socialist economy, a growing percentage of Takers enjoy free lunches, inflicting a growing burden on the Makers. Until the whole thing collapses.
The game plan, from the Takers' point of view, is to enjoy the free lunches, and hope that the collapse won't occur until after they die.
AMEN!
I'm so sick and f'n tired of millenials whining and whining and whining!
Up until I was 45 I always worked at least two different jobs and that was while I had a damn' good career in technology already. The second job (consulting) was for the extra money and so I'd keep learning.
Stop whining millenials. Grow up. The world owes you NOTHING and you've failed yourselves. Get over it and stop blaming others for your own damn' shortcomings.
Says the generation who sent all the jobs overseas, imported an army of unskilled foreigners to take those that remained, and oversaw the cost of college, housing, and healthcare skyrocket through the roof.
But you all got yours so it's good.
