Years ago when Teddy Kennedy was speaking at the Reagan Library I created a poster in Word. “Teddy K - murderer traitor”. It was Word 2003, and I don’t know if it’s still possible.
Posters also can be done in MS Publisher.
It can be done in those, you are correct, but I don’t have access to them...except through work, and I don’t want to do that!
