We need to find a way to move “scientists” away from societal decisions.

From the article: "Global warming is our fault, according to a new study that analysed tens of thousands of climate change papers, finding that over 99.9 per cent of them agree. In total 88,125 studies published from 2012 to 2020 were reviewed by experts from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, to see how many of them linked human activity to the changing climate and look for consensus on the subject."

The architecture of this is EXACTLY the wrap-up smear which the evil Nancy Pelosi detailed some time back.

Now applied to the climate grifting, and coming to the same old conclusion. Money. Note the sentence. The assertion of "our fault" precedes the 'lots of people have said so, and so it must be true' argument. The wrap-up smear. Applied to "science." By "Experts." All bow and fork over the money, rubes!

Could it be moved to where Alderaan used to be after the Death Star destroyed it in A New Hope?

What a moron.

This guy doesn’t belong in a learning institution. He belongs in a mental institution where he can read space alien comic books all day.

Wait, I thought the sun will continue to grow in size before its final exit? Wouldn’t that mean we would have to continue to move away from the sun? Or do we continue to adapt to our world as it changes and has changed throughout the eons.

If you move the Earth, won’t gravity snap it back to its previous position?

As a kid in the 1970s, I remember watching a Spider-Man cartoon episode I believed was called “Rocketship Earth” in which the villain used lasers and a volcano to move the other away from the Sun and Spidy had to reverse it in the end.

When cartoons become adult science, who would have ever thought?

What could go wrong?

A slight miss could result in the asteroid hitting earth, wiping out all life on the planet. The gravitational gradient during the assist would cause massive earthquakes and an unknown amount of volcanic activity. Then there is the issue with what will happen with the orbit of the moon.

This professor needs to study a little astrodynamics before opening his mouth.

It was much hotter a few million years ago than it is now. It was much cooler 20000 years ago than it is now. It will get hotter and cooler many times before the sun expands enough to screw up the planet for good (in a billion plus years) Right now just enjoy the ride

I can’t believe what I just read. Maybe the globalist are right. The human condition needs a Great Reset. We could build asylums for a hundred years and still not have enough beds for all of the nuts that are loose.
