Dad was white, because his picture is in the article. But I didn’t see anything about the perps. If this happened in Anne Arundel County, the perps might have been white, as it is demographically a predominantly white county.

Seems to me it won’t be all that difficult to ID these people, since the kids are known to each other. I would expect arrests within 72 hours at the most.
