The ice cream thing wasn’t just a joke. It was a standup routine, most certainly practiced and rehearsed long prior to the shooting. Biden showed a lack of judgement by sticking to his script. That’s exactly the type of guy he is and has always been.
Bad enough that the news cut away and said they’d come back when he addressed the shootings or something like that.
