The UK gossip sites have repeatedly implied that Meghan and Randy Andy “knew” each other long before Meghan targeted Harry for marriage.
Supposedly, Meghan made extra money during her acting career by being a “yacht girl,” which is sort of a staff prostitute on a large yacht docked in a glitzy place, like a port in France or Greece.
She and Andrew pretended to not know each other when they officially first met.
I have tried to think through how Andrew could use this as blackmail to Charles, but I imagine Charles would probably say “knock yourself out, Andy. Tell the world.”
