Yea. I never heard about a bloody coat, and I have followed it pretty closely… at least, in the last week or so. I never heard any mention of ANY blood evidence to tie him to the scene…. Just the audio recording

Alex Murdaugh's $4.2 million Palmetto State Bank sleight-of-hand was performed by former bank CEO and Murdaugh childhood friend Russell Laffitte.
Jeanne Seckinger, CFO of Murdaugh’s former law firm, confronted Murdaugh about missing money the same day Alex murdered Mags and Paw Paw. Her testimony led to the conviction of Russell Laffitte, who is also her brother-in-law.
In November 2022, Laffitte was convicted in federal court on bank fraud and conspiracy charges for assisting Murdaugh in stealing millions from his own clients, many of them children injured in accidents who had settlement money stored in Laffitte’s bank.

I wonder with corruption like this if it’s discussed openly between them or if it’s all a wink and a nod with occasional oblique references.
