Theresa limit to the benefit of sunscreen; after a certain point there’s no additional benefit. It’s like using 1/4 “ plywood to block sunlight, 3/4” won’t do any better.

Why can you not find low level like SPF 4 or 8 anymore? Everything is 15 to 50 or more. I would like to have something to turn 4 hours of yard work into a half hour to an hour of exposure. I don’t need to turn it into 5 minutes of exposure.
