They may not even have possession of all the videos. They are in the hands of CP, FBI, DOJ.

The article sort of gives the impression the police were agitating the protestors? Spraying them with chemicals ..when the protestors hadn’t really done anything.

Nanc and Wray are not going to allow incriminating evidence to be revealed. Even Ray Epps is covered by them.

I couldn’t help but notice how long it took Officer Genius to put on his gas mask and helmet. Doesn’t speak well for the level of training they receive.

“article sort of gives the impression the police were agitating the protestors”
Some of the videos posted on the internet by protestors do show the police agitating protestors.
I believed there were key paid instigators on the police line and protestor line to direct protestors and police. The fences and signs were taken down before the main crowd arrived. The doors were unlocked for the protestors to enter the building. It was a complete set up.

Why doesn’t Brady vs Maryland apply here?
Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, was a landmark United States Supreme Court case that established that the prosecution must turn over all evidence that might exonerate the defendant to the defense.
Has the prosecution complied with Brady?
Does the prosecution have documentation, such as logs, showing a competent professional, such as a lawyer, to prove compliance?

Firing tear gas and chemicals into a crowd that is NOT attempting to breach a police line is INSTIGATING A FIGHT!!
It sounds like in this particular area, the police who got beat down got just what they deserved!!
OUTSIDE THE ROTUNDA! NOT BREACHING A POLICE LINE! GETTING ATTACKED BY THE POLICE!! At best, that should be entrapment! You start a fight with a crowd, the crowd gets rowdy, and now you want to prosecute the crowd YOU INSIGHTED TO RIOT?!? That's horse crap!

Piss poor article. A court ruling gave TODAY as the deadline for the DOJ to release to Congress the 14k hours of video in order to keep it from be sequestered by the National Archives for decades. The focus should be what happens if the DOJ doesn't deliver today?
And why hasn't the House Speaker released all the DC J6 patriots on his recognizance last week?
