To: one guy in new jersey

In almost every natural disaster ..there will always be those that disregard sane warnings.

Otherwise, every winter.. in the NE ..there are old guys who go out and shovel their walks in freezing cold..and drop dead from a heart attack.

In my opinion, a big part of the issue is the media likes to hype every winter storm like it’s gonna be the worst storm in 150 years so people tend to disregard it as being sensationalized. I live in Connecticut and you’ll get similar reporting reporters scattered around the state at gas stations, grocery stores, driving around in SUVs during the storm, etc. seeing how bad it is the same for a snow storm expected to dump 4-6 inches over the course of a day versus a foot or more in a short period of time.

A long duration, but low amount storm were not expecting say, white out conditions, should just be a simple here’s how much it’s going to sell, if you have to go out, because she is, leave extra time, makes you keep some gloves, hat, full tank of gas, etc. And leave it as that
