I read through the 72 page filing and the evidence is pretty strong that this election was stolen. One interesting part starts on page 15, regarding signature verification. Here is how it worked:
Level One verifiers could flag mailed in ballots for further scrutiny or as invalid. This occurred in the presence of election observers. These ballots then went to:
Level Two and three verifiers. These verifications took place unobserved by independent observers. Level 2 and 3 could overrule level one without further scrutiny.
A running tab was kept on level one rejects vs. Level two verifications. There was a consistent differential in the count. More ballots were being rejected by level one, then were being reviewed by level 2. Meaning many rejected ballots were returned to the verified pile w/o scrutiny.
Starting at about page 40, the "Ruebeck Company is discussed. This was the early vote and day of voting ballot drop off collectors, subcontracted by Maricopa county. They submitted 1149 "Chain oof custody" avadavats for all days of early voting. They had no "Chanin of Custody" avidavids for any ballots collected on day of voting.
This should result in the election being invalidated. But it won't be.

That's a pretty embarrassing couple of sentences which really diminishes the message.
You better hope that it does. Because if it doesn't, our constitutional republic is finished.

2) Votes counted w/o signature verification.
3) Conflict of interest laws violated by Hobbs and Maricopa election officials.
4) Mechanical failures of machines at predominantly Republican areas caused voters to leave w/o voting.
5) Inconsistency in ballot counts between level one and Level two signature verification processes. Level two was unobserved.
75 pages is a lot to go through but read pages 15-20 and 40-52.
Anyone care to bet some money on this going anywhere..?? The media will dismiss her as a kook/sore loser and that will be the end of it. Most Americans don’t follow this stuff and believe whatever the msm reports...a sad fact, but a fact.

Sorry, I misunderstood the question. I am not a legal expert by any means, the comment that it will be rejected is based on past history of similar legal challenges, combined with a belief that we will not find a judge or appellate justices with the courage to do what is right.
Your number 4 states that voters were inable/denied the ability to vote due to machines not working.
I wonder, does she have sworn affidavits from these people and how many there are?

Also, I was just speaking to an attorney about this, he reviewed the document as well. He stated that it is a “verified” filing, meaning that Kari Lake has filed it under penalty of perjury. This is not standard and will require the defendants to address each specific item listed in the filing. This will occur during the discovery phase and could be very problematic
