He was recently accused of grinding down identification numbers on the motorcycle’s engine and transmission.
So let me get this straight. Rapists and murderers get out without bail, but we are going to throw the book at this guy?
Ping!...................
We have Diablos near me. Not in my neighborhood. But in my old one. Safest street in the zip code.
Call in the FBI - biker gang member with stolen property who is white
Lucky you! (/sarcasm)
Per Wikipedia:
The Outlaws Motorcycle Club, incorporated as the American Outlaws Association or its acronym, A.O.A., is an outlaw motorcycle club that was formed in McCook, Illinois in 1935. It is one of the largest outlaw motorcycle clubs in the world and historic arch-rival of the Hells Angels.Membership in the Outlaws is limited to men who own American-made motorcycles of a particular size. Their main rivals are the Hells Angels, giving rise to a phrase used by Outlaws members, "ADIOS" (the Spanish word for "goodbye", but in this case doubling as an acronym for "Angels Die In Outlaw States").
The FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitive#453, Taco Bowman, known World Leader of the AOA, in prison since 1999 for three murders, was the international president of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club. During the time that Bowman was a fugitive in 1998, it had chapters in more than 30 cities in the United States and some 20 chapters in at least four other countries. In 2001 he was tried in Jacksonville, Florida.
Federal agents along with the Daytona Beach SWAT Team raided the Outlaws clubhouse on Beach Street in Daytona Beach, Florida looking for drugs, weapons, contraband, paraphernalia, etc.; they tore the Daytona Beach clubhouse apart for the better part of the day and found nothing, but removed as many of the club's pictures and any other possibly identifying information as they could find.
Federal agents also raided a home in Ormond Beach and two other clubhouses around the state. The search of the Jacksonville clubhouses netted federal agents 60 weapons including pocket and kitchen knives.
Grim Reaper chapter near my hometown 40 years ago. Druggies and thieves all of them. Nothing but lowlife white trash.
Nobody said they were smart. They are mean though.
This happened to a friend at the Sturgis ralley one year. They impounded his engine cases. He was told he could take the rest of the bike home and handed him a box of wrenches.
They'll never make it with this limited portfolio. They need to diversify and expand into human and sex trafficking at our Southern Border.
Trying to run on an antique as slow as a Hardly, better hope the cops are driving a Priaps or Yugo.
“was charged with two felony counts of possession of a vehicle with altered vehicle identification numbers”
Probably altered because the parts are all stolen. That’s usually part of the duties of prospects of the Outlaws, to go steal bikes and parts for the club and club members.
Bad group to mess with. I know a couple here in Volusia. Not friends, just know them. Volusia used to have a big group of them.
I am not a biker. But I have a lot of friends who are. All Combat Veterans, lawyers and accountants. 99 % of bikers are great people. I also know some Hells Angels and Outlaws. Those two groups are bad news.
