It’s already legal for women to go topless in most jurisdictions.
I was shocked (shocked) to find out it was legal in Atlanta a few years ago.
I suspect this law change is an attempt to drum up tourism. But the fact is most women won’t go topless because they don’t want to go topless.
Eventually this will expand to anywhere A BIOLOGICAL MAN is allowed to go topless.
