I don’t expect any reforms out of this Congress. McCarthy and Republicans have only one tool to pass legislation. It’s appropriations and they won’t use it. They are gutless. More than anything I would like to be proved wrong.

McCarthy is going to try to pump up this Hunter Biden stuff and get Republicans to be distracted with it. If you ever mention it to someone who doesn’t watch Fox News, they have no idea what you’re talking about. It’s a loser issue and easily sets up Trump to be attacked for Jared Kushner’s bribes from the Saudis.
Instead of investigating things that Joe Biden is CURRENTLY doing with immigration or China, McCarthy and the establishment are going to rehash Hunter stuff that has already failed to be of interest to the public. And of course, he will not allow meaningful legislation to go through the House to present contrast with the Senate Democrats.
It’s designed to fail.
