Wow! What a great catch! I am skeptical that it was a malfunction. I think that Putin launched it and we blinked.
The latitude/longitude of the Polish village PRZEWODÓW

The third decimal place in latitude is about 0.1 miles. That is a full 2 miles different from your erroneous specifier.
The most likely reality is Russian missiles targeted something 20-30 miles west of Lviv. Anti Air S300s fired and missed and landed in that village. There doesn’t have to be any contorted Lat/Long number manufacture for this.
