I watched a video of some young Twit checking in at work and showing all the bennies and crap they have. I don’t ever recall seeing a computer once. She showed meditation rooms, little cozy meeting lounges, gyms and yoga spaces, their coffee machines, and even a wine-on-tap bar.
I’m just guessing but it seems to me the ideal ‘employee’ in that culture is a professional BS artist and meeting-goer. Somewhere in that mess is a small cache of computer ghouls who actually implement the leftist algorithms Twitter is famous for. The 75% firing goal seems perfectly appropriate to me.
