That’s far too small for a black hole to have formed according to conventional gravitic black hole cosmological theory. Such a small star could not form a black hole. At twelve solar masses, it doesn’t have enough mass to do it. There are far larger stars with much more mass that do not have enough to form a black hole. So what gives??? There is something else going on 1,550 light years away from us other than a black hole.

No need to fear black holes.
They’re no better or worse than white holes.
It’s the ‘s-—holes’ that people need to worry about.

A black hole in our backyard?
My wife, who does the grass-cutting, will be worried...
At 84, she worries about everything...

Black holes are not real and are pure fantasy. They're fun in movies though.
