I would imagine so. Not sure what the rules are, but you’d probably need a bench rest to dial in the scope & the scope mount would need to be custom made/designed.

Every piece of rifle was custom made.
I used to do some semi serious shooting, more for reloading experimenting than anything, but there isn’t a range over a mile in PA, too many hills.
