I don’t like snakes. My foot would have been a serious problem for the snake and his buggy friend. Got no problem making snakes rarer. Here at the farm they try to screw with my little green frogs which proves fatal when I ketchem.

Pay no attention to the large bug it choked on, it was a victim of Climate Change.

So?

99.9% of all species that ever lived on the planet are extinct.

I’m glad the snake died. That means more insects for us slaves of the green revolution to eat and be satisfied with at the hands of our eco-masters. Or something. Sarc.

"North America’s Rarest Snake Found Dead"

Death slows them down so that they're more easily found.

Years ago I was out at a site and found a beautiful and odd looking flower. I went to the library to figure out what it might be and read where they were really rare.

I told my wife that knows an environmental expert about my wonderful discovery. I was all excited to have her show the person my photo to confirm if I had discovered this rare flower.

The expert replied “Yeah - that’s it. But they really aren’t that rare. The folks just don’t know where to look for them.”

Is it as rare as the article is saying? If so it’s an even greater shame.

Beats me, I’ve never even heard of them.

I do recall when the Indigo Snake was just about gone but people pulled together to protect them and even breed them in captivity to replenish them in the wild.

Lord, I wish I could afford one.

*Gorgeous*.
