It is a bacterial infection, just like he says he has.

He could have any number of common conditions, including cellulitis. If that were the case, he would do better to reveal it rather than let speculation about monkeypox run rampant. I’ve had cellulitis. It can be dangerous but it’s easily treatable with antibiotics and rest.
