I don't know if you had meant that flippant, but I'd bet that this is exactly what is going to be argued. Something declassified can be reclassified at a later time if it is able to be recovered securely. The regime is basically treating the entire Trump presidency as a gigantic document spillage. Trump said he had a standing declassification order for anything moved to Mar a Lago, which would be legal but because it was so highly nonstandard, it would cause the deep state to seethe and lay down this plan, knowing that Trump didn't want to burn sources and methods, amd he would hold on to politically damning info until it could be used in an election, so he wouldn't just publish everything immediately.

Add into this mix the fascist Pelosi group, the Schumer I want to be Dictator machine, the Schifft for Brains treason machine, and all the progressive Democrats who prefer the freedom- killing “socialism/marxism” dictatorship instead of our democratic/Republican form of checks and balances.
My money is on Kash. He’s a patriot, not a greedy treasonous barnyard like those I listed above.
Maybe the FBI kept Patel's name unredacted because they want to goad him into saying something that they can then use to put a gag order on him? That would fit the strategy of separating President Trump from his closest advisors.
Curiously, he's been a regular late-night guest on the Gutfeld! show. I wonder if he'll use that platform the way that the Democrats use Kimmel, Fallon, and Colbert to get their propaganda out?
