Connections was a great series.

I carried that book around in high school. The history teacher wasn’t pleased.

He kept redoing the series to update it, and to gradually add his take on Marxism. But all of them are worth a listen. Somewhere I haVe the later series (”Axemaker’s Gift”, maybe another one) on cassette audiobook, read by the author. :^)

I fell in love with the 'Connections' books as did my son.

He met Burke once at ASU as he was completing his PhD in physics.
