Having a reasonable amount of Vitamin D can prevent long-term cancer issues, before you ever knew you had it.

The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List
This potentially high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to immediately implement for your benefit.
Now keeping a new list (“Common/Top Issues”) for conditions expected to only concern at least 1% of the population. Ask to be on either the “Common/Top Issues” or “Everything” list.
Please email or private message me if you want on or off of a list and of which list you desire.

Quite a list!
Are some of these temporary?
It has to be a challenge, just keeping track of bottles, dosages, etc.

The Rxs are until forever; I’m 72. I can drop the OTCs but so far I haven’t had Covid or so much as a cold.
I’ve got these too.
Co-morbidities:
1) Heart left ventricle (pumping at 55-60%; up from 20-25%),
2) Heart bundle blockage (5 stents),
3) Diabetes (Type 2, down from Type 1),
4) Hypertension (under control w/ Rx),
5) Weight (down from 265 to 165lbs),
6) COPD (under control w/ emergency inhaler),
7) Stage 2 Mild Kidney Disease (medication & diet controlled).

So going outside and having a life is healthy.

That is quite a list. I am glad it is helping you, but saddened for the sheer numbers of medicines involved.
I would hope you could minimize or eliminate some of those, but it would take a few doctors time to sort it all out.
I know someone who went from over 25 prescriptions from the VA to just one. He had been overmedicated for years and was given meds to counter side effects, to then get meds to counter the new drugs’ side effects.
He's doing fine, now.

Congrats on the huge weight loss! I was up to 203 and am down to 183 now, but would love to keep it going to 170 or so. Seems I’ve plateaued for a while in the low 180s.

We had a family friend in a similar situation. The right doc got her MANY meds, with many issues, down to one or two.
She lived a long and happy life...especially once her meds were adjusted, correctly.
Crazy the snowball effect that can happen.

Can I ask what is causing the pain you have? Also, what is the reason for your steroids? Finally, did you note a reason for stomach acid issues?
