I think “Climate Change” is a blanket for Big Business and Big Government to throw over everything so they can get their way in this world and push aside any objections to anything they want to get done.

Using less to do less is not efficiency, it is just using less. And I'm fine with using less, just call it what it is. What the government is doing is rationing, not efficiency.
