The referral sounded good until you got to the “I can’t tell you how I found this restaurant” bit. That is very, very strange.
I remember when you were trying to find a sushi restaurant there. So with that Thai background, what makes Thai food really good compared to run of the mill?
Not much food around Del Valle, California. The good news is you won't find any corona virus out here.
But you can find some great restaurants in nearby Livermore.
“ Can’t tell you how I found about it because that is proprietary business information, ”
Aha ! You must be the head chef and co owner !
Maybe put the name of the place in the narrative of your posting?
It’s funny how you will go to some small, out of the way place and find unique food. For instance there is a great authentic Mexican place in Bramwell WV, formerly the town with the highest per capita amount of millionaires.
Pembroke Va used to have an authentic Korean place. It’s now a really good BBQ place. Good BBQ places are rare in Appalachia.
There is a good Irish pub in downtown Lewisburg, WV(Coolest small town in America)
I live Thailand long time. That ain’t Thai food. Back country Thai food is very fresh.
Can you actually get it Thai hit there?
Sounds good. I was in San Antonio last night for my son’s birthday dinner. A party of about 10. We ate at Dashi, a sichuan chinese food restaurant/bar. It was amazing. Duck, lamb chops, shrimp and the sauces were unbelievable! Service was outstanding. Can’t remember a better meal.
Thailand?!?
When I lived in Del Valle some 15-20 years ago there was a Thai place on the way to Bastrop with excellent food, especially the curry, and it was the only place where one could get Singh Ha beer. Is it still there?
The two best Thai take-out places around here are inside gas-station convenience stores. There are tables to eat there but the ambiance is lousy.
