It’s funny how you will go to some small, out of the way place and find unique food. For instance there is a great authentic Mexican place in Bramwell WV, formerly the town with the highest per capita amount of millionaires.
Pembroke Va used to have an authentic Korean place. It’s now a really good BBQ place. Good BBQ places are rare in Appalachia.
There is a good Irish pub in downtown Lewisburg, WV(Coolest small town in America)
By far the very best tacos I ever had were served to me by a woman who operated food stand under a stairway in Guadalajara. Gold is where you find it.
