Does it matter? Yes...if it was one of the 5....one might have to recuse...and that would make 4-4...and Roe would stand.
The draft goes way back to Feb. Was a more current opinion issued that we don't know about? Has the opinion been finalized...and they're keeping it from us...cuz they must.
If the court has ruled on paper...it should be issued immediately.
