The draft goes way back to Feb. Was a more current opinion issued that we don't know about? Has the opinion been finalized...and they're keeping it from us...cuz they must.
If the court has ruled on paper...it should be issued immediately.

I hate to rain on your parade, but if the wise latina has to recuse, or breyer has to recuse, then it would be 5-3.
Would that cut both ways? If it was one of the minority 4, should they recuse and make the ruling 5-3?

I wonder if they haven't really decided and maybe there was an assignment to one of the liberals to write a ruling, which wasn't leaked, that keeps Roe and the final decision won't be reached until they've heard the arguments in both papers. Just wondering - I don't really know how the Supreme Court works.
