[[If you use Google Chrome as an internet browser, beware: Your information could be compromised.]]

If one uses google anything, their information is already compromised

It’ll be interesting if this only affects chrome or all the chromium based browsers (including Brave and Edge)

Whatever account you use for Internet browsing with ANY browser, should be non-administrative. It’s easy to set up and using it won’t change anything except having to enter the administrative account password for certain actions such as installing software.

Thanks, when I saw the title, I looked in the upper right corner of this Brave browser, saw that an update was available, and installed it.

Umm, C’mon. Google ADMITS that Chrome has 30 some odd security defects and says that the FIX is to update it — by the same bunch of obvious morons who released it with multiple defects.

No, I don’t expect perfection. But, I will not play the game of endless updates: by the same incompetent morons and updates that of course include more defects.

This is just like what M$ did for decades. An endless cycle of new operating systems that required new hardware, that required an update to the OS — puke.
Make yourself happy with a browser and freeze it. Companies that don’t like your browser — tell them they just lost a customer, you will go over to Amazon who/what doesn’t care what browser you use so long as they get your $$.
