Reminds me of Joaquin Phoenix's "Joker".
Notice it's not Jimmy transforming into Saul--it's Gene. This could be an unpredictable combination.

I'm halfway though Season 5 on Netflix right now. The show really picked up after Chuck was out of the picture.
Wondering what happens to Kim because she certainly wasn't in Breaking Bad.
I'd like to see them spend some more time with "Gene" especially after he was recognized in Omaha. Why not have a post BB Saul?
Of course, all the actors are getting a bit long in the tooth, particularly since they're way older than the characters they're playing. Requires a bit of suspension of disbelief.

I agree.
BCS has emerged from the shadow of maybe the greatest show ever to become its own phenomena. And it's had to do this, while staying in the established framework of Breaking Bad.
It's also introduced its own set of characters, and expanded on characters that we already know--or thought we did.
Telling it's story in flashbacks and flash-forwards (or flash-present day ... we're not sure how long "Gene" has been working at that Cinnabon). BCS is a much more complex show than BB.
